SCOPE.GG is an online gaming analytics platform that provides match analytics, statistics, gameplay insights, clips, demo-viewing and review tools, training tools, prematch analytics, tactical tools, and other related functionalities made available on the Website (the “Service”).
The Service is intended for entertainment, informational, and gameplay-improvement purposes only. The Service is not a gambling service, betting service, lottery, sweepstakes, raffle, game of chance, investment service, or financial product, and does not offer any opportunity to win money or prizes based on chance, except where a specific promotion, contest, giveaway, or event is expressly stated to be governed by separate participation rules.

Acceptance of agreement
By accessing or using the Service through the website https://scope.gg/ and any related pages, subdomains, and application pages (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use of SCOPE.GG Service (the “Terms of Use”), which constitute the entire legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and SCOPE.GG (“SCOPE.GG”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your use of the Service (collectively, the “Agreement”).
You need to be of legal age to enter into the Agreement. If you are less than 18 years old (or below the legal age in your jurisdiction), you need to obtain parental or legal guardian permission to enter into the Agreement.
By using the Service, you declare that according to your local jurisdiction, you are of legal age and eligible to enter into the Agreement on your own, or have received parental or legal guardian approval to enter into the Agreement.
Privacy
We care about your privacy. How your personal data is collected, used, and shared when you're using the Service is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Please read them carefully.
Scope.gg account
Registration. To register a SCOPE.GG user account (“Account”) and use the Service, you may be required to:
(a) sign in through your Steam or FACEIT account;
(b) provide us with access to your match history, including through your match token and authentication code, where required for the relevant functionality;
(с) provide your email address; and
(d) provide any other information or permissions reasonably required to enable the relevant features of the Service.
You are solely responsible for managing and safeguarding your login credentials, maintaining confidentiality, and restricting access to your Account, as well as for all activities that occur under your credentials. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service within your Account complies with any applicable laws and regulations.
Suspension. If we determine, or reasonably believe, that you are in breach of these Terms of Use, we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, take any action we consider appropriate, including:
- refuse to register an Account;
- suspend (block) your Account;
- restrict your access to all or part of the Service;
- remove, reverse, cancel, or withhold any benefits, features, rewards, credits, event entitlements, prizes, clips, or other functionalities obtained through the Service; and/or
- terminate your Account with immediate effect.
We may also take any of the above actions where we are required to do so for legal, regulatory, technical, operational, security, fraud-prevention, or business reasons, or where we reasonably believe that your use of the Service may expose SCOPE.GG, other users, or any third party to risk, harm, liability, or reputational damage.
If your Account is suspended or terminated due to your breach of these Terms of Use, abuse of the Service, fraud, chargeback abuse, multi-accounting, manipulation, scraping, circumvention of technical limitations, or other dishonest conduct, SCOPE.GG may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, cancel or forfeit any unused benefits, pending rewards, event entitlements, clips, credits, prizes, or access to paid content associated with your Account, without any obligation to compensate you.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SCOPE.GG shall not be liable for any refusal of registration, suspension, restriction, cancellation, withholding, or termination of your Account or access to the Service carried out in accordance with these Terms of Use.
Deletion. If you wish to delete your Account, please contact our Support team via online chat or use any account deletion functionality made available on the Website.
Deletion of your Account will result in termination of this Agreement, unless any provisions of these Terms of Use are intended by their nature to survive termination.
Service rules
When using the Service, you must comply with these Terms of Use and all rules, guidelines, technical limitations, eligibility criteria, and other requirements displayed on the Website from time to time.
At any time, you must refrain from:
- using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
- cheating, hacking, scripting, botting, scraping, data mining, reverse engineering, or otherwise interfering with the operation or security of the Service;
- using any software, device, automation, workaround, or technical method intended to manipulate analytics, rewards, event participation, or Service performance;
- uploading, transmitting, or otherwise making available any harmful code, malware, or malicious content;
- impersonating another person, misrepresenting your identity, or providing false or misleading information;
- abusing support channels, contests, giveaways, referral mechanics, or any promotional or event-related functionality;
- using the Service, including clips, analytics, tactical tools, or prematch analytics, in an abusive, fraudulent, manipulative, or unfair manner; or
- encouraging, assisting, or inducing other users to breach these Terms of Use.
We reserve the right to restrict access to any functionality of the Service if we detect or reasonably believe that a User is in breach of these rules.
Analytics, clips, tools, and gameplay features
SCOPE.GG may provide analytics, gameplay statistics, visualizations, clips, demo-viewing tools, tactical boards, grenade-related tools, prematch analytics, comparison tools, map performance tools, match history, progress tracking, and other gameplay-related features.
The Service relies in whole or in part on data made available by you, public gameplay data, third-party integrations, demos, third-party platforms, and automated systems. Accordingly, SCOPE.GG does not guarantee that any analysis, statistics, prediction, clip, recommendation, comparison, visualization, or other output of the Service will always be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or available.
Clips, match analyses, recommendations, prematch analytics, and similar outputs are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not guaranteed to improve your gameplay, ranking, results, or match outcomes. We may modify, suspend, replace, remove, or discontinue any feature, tool, metric, analytics methodology, clip functionality, or other output of the Service at any time for legal, technical, operational, security, product, or business reasons. By providing us with access to your match history, you grant SCOPE.GG a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to record, reproduce, process, use, and display on the Website short video extracts (clips) generated from your match history for the purpose of providing, operating, and improving the Service. Such recording and generation of clips are carried out automatically.
Subscription
Use of the basic features of the Service may be free of charge.
To access more features of the Service, you may subscribe to a paid plan on the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Subscription”). Subscription plans are listed on the Website, as well as relevant terms, costs, and methods of purchase. Unless otherwise expressly stated on the Website for a particular plan, the Subscription remains active and automatically renews for successive billing periods until you cancel it in accordance with these Terms of Use.
Subscription may include access to certain premium features and benefits displayed on the Website from time to time, including enhanced analytics, additional tools, prematch analytics, clips-related features, or other benefits. The exact scope, duration, and availability of Subscription benefits are determined by SCOPE.GG and may vary depending on the plan displayed on the Website.
We may change our Subscription plans and the price of our Service from time to time; however, any such changes will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.
Trial period. Where expressly offered on the Website, we may offer a free-of-charge trial period for a Subscription (the “Trial Period”). The availability, duration, scope, eligibility criteria, and other conditions of the Trial Period shall be as displayed on the Website at the time of the offer.
Unless you cancel the Subscription in your personal settings on the Website no later than 24 hours before the end of the Trial Period, the regular Subscription fee will be charged automatically upon expiry of the Trial Period in accordance with these Terms of Use and the Terms on the storage of the cardholder’s credentials. To start the Trial Period, you may be required to provide valid payment details, which will be used to process automatic payments if the Subscription is not cancelled before the Trial Period ends.
Using the Trial Period more than once, including through multiple accounts or any other abusive, deceptive, or circumvention practice, is prohibited and may result in refusal of access to the Trial Period, suspension of the Account, or termination of the Account.
We may, at our discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law, make the Trial Period unavailable, withdraw it, or change its duration, scope, eligibility criteria, or features at any time.
Paid content and premium features
SCOPE.GG may offer you access to additional Service functionalities available on a single-payment basis or as part of a paid plan displayed on the Website. Such functionalities may include, among other things, premium analytics, clips-related features, prematch analytics, tactical tools, event-related benefits, Scope Pass-related features, and other in-Service content or functionality which may be described on the Website from time to time.
Conditions of sale of such additional Service functionalities are available on the Website.
Purchase of any paid content grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the relevant functionality within the Service only. It does not grant you any ownership right in the Service, the Website, any software, or any intellectual property.
We may change, replace, suspend, remove, or discontinue any paid content or any of its features at any time for legal, technical, operational, security, or business reasons.
Events, Scope Pass, reward store, giveaways, and promotions
SCOPE.GG may from time to time make available events, promotional mechanics, reward stores, giveaways, challenges, Scope Pass-related functionality, referral programs, partner projects, or other promotional features on the Website. Such features may be subject to additional rules, eligibility criteria, participation conditions, prize conditions, sponsor conditions, delivery rules, territorial restrictions, and other terms displayed on the Website or in separate participation rules. In case of conflict between these Terms of Use and any specific event, giveaway, or promotional rules, the specific rules shall prevail with respect to that event, giveaway, or promotion.
Where expressly stated for a specific promotion, no purchase may be necessary to enter or win. Unless otherwise expressly stated, participation in an event, giveaway, contest, or other promotion does not guarantee receipt of any prize, reward, or benefit.
SCOPE.GG may suspend, modify, invalidate, cancel, withdraw, or discontinue any event, promotion, reward, giveaway, challenge, or related entitlement at any time for legal, technical, operational, security, fraud-prevention, sponsor-related, or business reasons.
Prizes, rewards, and event-related benefits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for money or monetary equivalent unless expressly stated otherwise by SCOPE.GG or required by applicable law.
Digital items, prizes, and delivery
Where the Website allows Users to receive or redeem prizes, rewards, sponsor items, digital items, or other event-related entitlements, such items may be subject to additional technical, operational, and delivery requirements. Where delivery of a digital item, reward, or prize requires additional information from the User, including a trade link, wallet information, account details, or other delivery information, the User is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information within the required time.
SCOPE.GG shall not be responsible for failed, delayed, rejected, or misdirected delivery resulting from incorrect information, third-party platform restrictions, technical limitations, privacy settings, account restrictions, delivery holds, or any other circumstances beyond SCOPE.GG’s reasonable control.
SCOPE.GG does not guarantee the continuous availability, market value, resale value, transferability, tradability, or future utility of any digital item, reward, sponsor item, or prize.
If a reward, prize, or digital item becomes unavailable before delivery for reasons beyond SCOPE.GG’s reasonable control, SCOPE.GG may, at its discretion, provide a replacement of comparable type or value, restore the relevant entitlement, or issue a refund where required under the Refund Policy or applicable law.
To purchase a Subscription or any paid content, you must provide us with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time. The available Payment Methods are listed on the Website.
Payment Methods may include card payments, digital wallet payments, and any other methods expressly made available on the Website. The availability of any particular Payment Method may vary by country, device, technical availability, payment provider, and other factors.
Payment Methods have their own terms and policies, including compliance, AML/KYC, authorization, fraud-prevention, chargeback, refund, and settlement rules, and may decline, suspend, reverse, or otherwise refuse transactions in accordance with their own requirements. Any applicable terms and policies of the relevant Payment Method or payment processing provider shall apply to the processing of payments and should be reviewed and understood by the User before making any transaction.
SCOPE.GG is not responsible for any delays, failures, reversals, exchange-rate fluctuations, fees, payment holds, rejected transactions, or other actions or omissions of any Payment Method, payment processing service provider, card network, bank, or other third party involved in the payment process.
If the currency of your payment account, wallet, or payment source is different from the nominated currency of the transaction, your payment may be converted into the nominated currency at the time of payment or settlement. The conversion rate, fees, spread, and other charges of your bank, wallet provider, payment institution, or payment processing provider may apply. The respective charged amounts shall be indicated on the relevant payment page where available. SCOPE.GG is not responsible for exchange rates, fees, or other charges set by payment institutions or payment providers.
By making payments, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of all bank cards, wallets, accounts, and other payment sources you use to make payments, or that you are otherwise duly authorized to use them.
We use payment processing providers and commercially reasonable security measures for the processing of payments. Where card payments are used, the relevant processing environment is intended to comply with applicable PCI DSS requirements.
Terms on the storage of the cardholder’s credentials
By ticking the relevant tick-box and clicking the “Buy”, “Subscribe”, or similar button, you agree to these terms on the storage and use of cardholder credentials (“COF Terms”) and authorize the relevant payment processing service provider to store your cardholder credentials and related payment information required for recurring billing (the “Credentials on File” or “COF”), and to use such Credentials on File to process transactions as described in these COF Terms.
Upon the purchase of a SCOPE.GG Subscription, your Credentials on File will be used to process recurring automatic payments for the applicable Subscription (Merchant-Initiated COF Transactions). Depending on the Subscription plan selected by you, the recurring payment will be initiated monthly, annually, or according to such other billing interval as is displayed on the Website, on the calendar day corresponding to the date of your initial payment. If there is no corresponding date in a given month, the recurring payment will be initiated on the last calendar day of that month.
You will be notified of any material changes to these COF Terms at least 7 (seven) business days before such changes become effective in relation to scheduled Merchant-Initiated COF Transactions, where required by applicable law or payment scheme rules.
These COF Terms shall enter into force upon your acceptance of these COF Terms and, where applicable, successful authorization or verification by your card issuer or payment processing provider, and shall remain in force until terminated by you through cancellation of the Subscription or withdrawal of your consent to recurring billing, or by SCOPE.GG in accordance with these Terms of Use.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel the Subscription and withdraw your consent to automatic payments (COF Terms) at any time by accessing your Account Settings. You will continue to have access to the Subscription through the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds for any partial membership periods or unused content, except as set out in the Refund Policy or where required by applicable law.
If payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your Subscription, we may suspend your access to the Service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method.
Refund policy
By placing an order for a Subscription, paid content, digital items, prizes requiring payment, or other digital functionality made available through the Service, you expressly request immediate supply or activation of the relevant digital content and/or digital service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our Service shall be deemed performed when the relevant Subscription features are activated, paid content is credited to your Account, a digital item, event entitlement, reward, or prize is credited or made available, or the purchased functionality is otherwise made available to you.
BY MAKING A PURCHASE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU MAY LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ONCE THE RELEVANT DIGITAL CONTENT OR DIGITAL SERVICE HAS BEEN SUPPLIED, ACTIVATED, CREDITED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU.
AVAILABLE REFUNDS AND HOW THEY ARE MADE
You may request a refund for the following reasons:
THE PRODUCT WAS NOT RECEIVED.
Please note that we start processing your purchase after your payment has been approved. Usually, it takes seconds to confirm your payment but may take up to 3 days, depending on the payment method used.
If you have not received the Service purchased or received it not in full, please contact SCOPE.GG Support team via the online chat on the Website. Once we confirm the non-delivery, we may, at our discretion and unless applicable law requires otherwise, provide the missing product, replace it, restore the corresponding entitlement, or issue a refund.
FAILURE TO DEACTIVATE A SUBSCRIPTION.
If you failed to deactivate your Subscription 24 hours before its expiration and were charged regularly, we may provide a refund for the latest renewal, provided that you have contacted our Customer Support within 48 hours after being charged for the Subscription and provided that you have not used the Service during the renewal period for which you request a refund.
WHERE A SPECIFIC PROMOTION OR PAID FEATURE PROVIDES A SEPARATE REFUND OPTION.
Where a particular paid feature, event-related purchase, or promotional mechanic expressly provides for a refund option on the Website, such refund shall be subject to the applicable conditions displayed for that product or feature. Where a refund is approved or required under applicable law, SCOPE.GG may issue the refund to the original payment method or, where the original payment method is unavailable, unsupported, non-refundable, non-reversible, or otherwise impracticable to use, in such other form, method, currency, or payment channel as may be technically available and reasonably practicable through the relevant payment provider, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Refund timing may vary depending on the payment method, payment processing provider, and applicable technical or regulatory limitations.
NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASES AND PAYMENT METHODS
No refund shall be available for Subscription periods already used, paid content already used, consumed, activated, claimed, or otherwise made available to you, or for digital items, rewards, prizes, or entitlements already credited, delivered, transferred, redeemed, or otherwise made available to you, except where required by applicable law.
Certain payment methods made available on the Website may, by their nature or under the rules, policies, technical limitations, or settlement mechanics of the relevant payment processing provider, bank, wallet provider, card network, or other third party, be non-refundable, non-reversible, or refundable only subject to specific conditions or limitations.
Where a purchase is made using any payment method that is non-refundable or non-reversible under the rules or technical limitations of the relevant payment provider, such purchase shall generally be treated as final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable law.
SCOPE.GG does not guarantee that any refund will be made through the same payment method, to the same account, in the same currency, or in the same nominal amount originally used for the purchase.
Intellectual property
Any trademarks, logos, artworks, clips, layouts, designs, texts, analytics outputs, visualizations, and other objects of intellectual property presented on the Website belong to their respective owners or are used lawfully by SCOPE.GG. There are no implied licenses to use them unless otherwise stipulated by the relevant owner in writing. Any unauthorized use may constitute an infringement under applicable law.
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use the Website solely to use the SCOPE.GG Service in accordance with these Terms of Use.
SCOPE.GG is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Valve Corp., Steam, FACEIT, Counter-Strike, or any other game publisher or platform provider, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SCOPE.GG, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, contractors, agents, representatives, and personnel from and against any third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
(i) your breach of these Terms of Use or any other applicable terms, rules, or policies;
(ii) your unlawful use of the Service;
(iii) your fraud, misuse, abuse, manipulation, chargeback abuse, scraping, circumvention of any security, technical, or eligibility controls of the Service; or
(iv) your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or other proprietary rights.
You agree to cooperate as reasonably required in the defence of any such claim. SCOPE.GG reserves the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, at your expense to the extent permitted by applicable law. You shall not settle any such matter in a manner that admits fault by SCOPE.GG or imposes obligations on SCOPE.GG without SCOPE.GG’s prior written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SCOPE.GG and any other party involved in creating, operating, maintaining, or delivering the Website or the Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, the Website, paid content, event features, digital items, prizes, or any third-party services linked to or integrated with the Service.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, payment providers, social media channels, partner services, or other third-party resources. SCOPE.GG does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, policies, functionality, or practices of such third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms of those third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SCOPE.GG shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with:
(i) errors, interruptions, downtime, delays, bugs, inaccuracies, incomplete analytics, or incorrect outputs of the Service or Website;
(ii) unauthorized access to or use of your Account, our systems, or any information stored therein;
(iii) viruses, malware, trojan horses, or similar harmful code transmitted through the Service, Website, or third-party services;
(iv) the acts, omissions, restrictions, downtime, policies, fees, technical limitations, data limitations, or other conduct of Steam, FACEIT, payment providers, partner platforms, sponsors, or other third-party services;
(v) the availability, non-availability, delivery, non-delivery, transferability, or value of any prize, reward, digital item, or event-related entitlement; or
(vi) suspension, restriction, withholding, reversal, cancellation, or termination actions taken by SCOPE.GG in accordance with these Terms of Use.
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SCOPE.GG’s total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms of Use shall not exceed the greater of:
(a) the total amount paid by you to SCOPE.GG in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
(b) USD 100.
Where any jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or liabilities, the limitations in this section shall apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Survival
Any provisions of these Terms of Use which by their nature should survive suspension, deletion, or termination of the Agreement shall survive, including without limitation provisions relating to payments, refunds, events, prizes, digital items, intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, applicable law and jurisdiction, and any accrued rights or remedies.
Amendments
We may modify, suspend, and/or discontinue the Service, Website, or any of their content, provide new capabilities and/or features, and make changes to this Agreement from time to time without prior notification. We may do this for various reasons, including changes in or requirements of the law, new features, changes in business practices, and/or any other reason.
The most recent version of this Agreement will be posted on the Website, and you should regularly check for the most current version. If the changes include material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you of the changes by reasonable means through the Website or via email. If you continue to use the Service after the changes become effective, you agree to the revised Agreement.
No waiver
No failure by SCOPE.GG to notify you of any breach or exercise of any rights shall be deemed a waiver thereof at the same or at any prior or subsequent time.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid and/or unenforceable under any statute, regulation, ordinance, legislation, or by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction, then such provision shall be deemed reformed or deleted only to the extent necessary to comply with such statute, regulation, ordinance, arbitrator, or court, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Assignment
SCOPE.GG may assign, subcontract, or otherwise transfer its rights and/or obligations hereunder without notice to you or obtaining your consent. You may not assign, subcontract, or otherwise transfer your rights and/or obligations hereunder.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
If you are a User in the European Union and your use of the Service is provided by CS Virtual Trade Ltd., these Terms of Use, their subject matter, formation, validity, interpretation, and enforcement, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.
If you are a User outside the European Union and your use of the Service is provided by G2G Marketplace Limited, these Terms of Use, their subject matter, formation, validity, interpretation, and enforcement, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
Nothing in this article shall deprive a User acting as a consumer of any mandatory rights or protections granted by the laws of the country of that User’s habitual residence which cannot be derogated from by agreement.
If you have any claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms of Use, you shall first send SCOPE.GG a written notice describing the nature and basis of the claim or dispute and the remedy sought. The parties shall use reasonable efforts to resolve the claim or dispute amicably within 60 days after receipt of such notice.
If the claim or dispute is not resolved within such 60-day period, it may be submitted:
(a) in the case of Users contracting with CS Virtual Trade Ltd., to the courts of Cyprus; or
(b) in the case of Users contracting with G2G Marketplace Limited, to the courts of Hong Kong,
in each case unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law of the country of the User’s habitual residence. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this article limits any right of a consumer to bring proceedings before the courts of the country in which that consumer is habitually resident, where such right is mandatorily provided under applicable law.
